Essential Duties and Responsibilities
. Adhere to the schedule of delivery orders
. Coordinate with a salesperson on customer's order before delivery
. Handle calls - logistic requirement
. Buffet set up training
. Liaise with customers during on-site setup requirement
. Organise set-up & clean-up after each delivery such as buffet reception, seminar events, etc.
. Inventory control for catering equipment
. Maintain cleanliness and provide basic service for the assigned delivery vehicle
. Understand and comply with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements
. Perform any other duties assigned by Head of Operations
Requirements
. At least 3 year of working experience in the related field
. Excellent customer service and ability to interact well with clients
. Ability to work independently and in a team
. Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
. Willing to work weekends, and public holidays
. Must possess a Class 3 driving license with clean records and good driving skills
