Requirements
- Maintain, troubleshot, and repair electronic catering equipment
- Combination ovens, convection ovens, and microwaves
- Refrigeration and cold room control systems
- Dishwashers and ware-washing systems
- Food preparation equipment with electronic controls
- Maintain physical fitness to work in kitchen environments involving heat, humidity, and manual handling.
