Catering Facilities Engineer (Electronics)

Job Purpose

To ensure the reliable operation, maintenance, and repair of electronic and electrically controlled catering equipment and facility systems, supporting uninterrupted catering services through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Maintain, troubleshot, and repair electronic catering equipment

• Combination ovens, convection ovens, and microwaves

• Refrigeration and cold room control systems

• Dishwashers and ware-washing systems

• Food preparation equipment with electronic controls

• Maintain physical fitness to work in kitchen environments involving heat, humidity, and manual handling.

• Operate, maintain, and repair electronic and electrically controlled catering equipment to ensure uninterrupted catering operations.
