Job Description

  • Plan and execute short, and longer-term category strategies in alignment with regional and global business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, CSI/Marketing, Portfolio and R&D to translate market trends, customer insights, and technical capabilities into clear product value propositions.
  • Drive and coordinate Beverage initiatives/projects with multi-functional teams, in response to growth opportunities, and market needs.
  • Develop customer-facing content such as presentations, brochures, and digital marketing assets with strong technical accuracy, participate in customer meetings alongside Sales to showcase flavour solutions, technical concepts, and application benefits.
  • Drive innovation projects for key customers to achieve new business and market expansion.
  • Monitor product performance, steer and facilitate technical product developments, support pricing for competitiveness analysis.
  • Gather internal and customer feedback, translating it into actionable insights for product improvement or innovation.
  • Share and facilitate best practices and category knowledge across regional affiliates.
  • Support regional or local trade events, customer seminars, and innovation showcases.
  • Support global category initiatives and regional alignment with global strategy.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related discipline.
  • More than 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in flavour, food ingredient, or FMCG category/product management.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour, and innovation processes.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration across regional teams.
  • Good analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Office 365.
