Let's Talk About the Role

Location: Pasir Panjang Office

Department: Commercial Channel Marketing

Reports to: Head of Channel Marketing, Singapore

What You'll Do

  • Develop category strategies using shopper insights and market research to define roles and growth initiatives.
  • Analyze beverage category performance, identify opportunities and threats, and recommend actions for business growth.
  • Utilize Nielsen Retail Tracking and shopper behavior analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and present category reviews and market health updates during Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Provide category vision and secure captaincy with key retailers to strengthen partnerships.
  • Create and maintain planograms based on sales data and shopper behavior; coordinate implementation with retailers.
  • Develop scorecards (volume, revenue, profitability) and share updates with internal teams and external stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • Ideally 2-3 years working experience in category management, insights, trade marketing and sales.
  • Able to translate data into insights and articulate it in a relevant way to key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Experience in space management software is preferred. Good working knowledge in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Capable of grasping external and internal data, e.g. Nielsen retail audit, Kantar shopper panel, Mailer Tracker. Able to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Commercial savvy, with a strategic approach to drive profitable category growth
