About The Job

The Category Management team sits at the core of the business, handling both strategy and operations work. We're looking for motivated self-starters with grit and hustle to help us build world-class home services.

As a Category Management Associate, you'll own strategic initiatives with a direct impact on the business growth. You will get 360° exposure to all key areas of the business, real ownership over your category's priorities, and the chance to engage with internal and external stakeholders on the local and international level. You will develop a deep understanding of the key markets and industries we're working in, and own the service journey end-to-end:

• Sourcing & onboarding service professionals
• Building training programs that raise the bar on quality
• Spotting new market opportunities and launching new services
• Designing service experiences that keep customers coming back

You will move fluidly between two modes: diving deep into data to break down problems and deliver actionable insights, and rolling up your sleeves to execute them flawlessly on the ground.

Minimum Qualifications

• Singaporean/PR
• Bachelor's Degree
• 0-2 years of work experience in a similar role
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Strong bias for action, willingness to execute and hustle to get the job done
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
• Strong quantitative analytical skills and ability to tackle complex problems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adept at solving ambiguous problems, and highly focused on outcomes
• Interest in / willingness to learn about the home services industry
