Role Description

This is a casual role for Sommeliers & wine ptofessionals based on-site in the Thomson area of Singapore. The role entails guiding customers in wine selection, sharing expertise on wine knowledge, handling wine sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will contribute to curating wine experiences, educating customers on wine choices, and supporting events related to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Wine Pairing and expertise in Sommelier practices
• Experience in Wine Sales and Food & Beverage services
• Strong Communication skills and a passion for customer service
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a hospitality or luxury retail setting is a plus
• Certification in wine studies (e.g., WSET or CMS) is highly desirable
