RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scout and source suitable talents through the existing talent database, agencies, social media, and open casting calls.
- Organise and conduct auditions, screen tests, and casting calls.
- Recommend suitable talents to Executive Producers and Directors based on creative and production requirements.
- Liaise with talents, talent agencies, and production teams on filming schedules, recordings, contracts, and other casting-related matters.
- Track, evaluate, and maintain records of talent performance and casting outcomes.
- Prepare casting budgets and detailed cost breakdowns for productions.
- Maintain and update the casting database with talent profiles, availability, audition records, and related information.
- Handle administrative duties, including generating e-payment vouchers and processing payments to talents and agencies.
- Coordinate table reads, imaging sessions, acting workshops, and other pre-production activities.
- Provide on-set casting support and talent coordination when required.
- Ensure compliance with departmental SOPs and internal processes.
QUALIFICATIONS- Diploma qualification or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using digital platforms and database management systems.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese language.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous, with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established SOPs.
- Confident in liaising with artistes, talent agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Passionate about the entertainment and media industry, with a keen interest in talent casting and development.
