Who We Need
The role involves handling cashiering duties, assisting customers and supporting daily pharmacy retail operations, acting as the first point of contact for patients and walkin customers.
The key responsibilities are:
- Provide accurate and efficient cashier service in the retail pharmacy.
- Greet and assist patients and walkin customers.
- Process payments and issue receipts, refunds and credits.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily sales.
- Maintain a clean and orderly cashier counter.
- Assist with receiving stocks, stocking shelves and update prices of merchandise on shelves.
How to Succeed
- Minimum GCE N Level or O Level.
- Previous cashiering or retail experience is an advantage.
- Exhibits a good sense of responsibility and commitment towards the job and hospital.
- Comfortable handling cash and cashiering systems.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to work well in a team.
- 5.5 days work week.
