Cashier | Full Time | High Earning Potential | Music Bar Environment

We are looking for friendly and reliable Cashiers to join our fun and friendly team! You will be playing a key role from processing payment transactions and ensuring a great customer experience, all while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet, seat, and take orders for food and beverages, offering recommendations and answering questions with a smile.

• Deliver exceptional service throughout the customer's dining experience, checking in on them, refilling drinks, and addressing any requests promptly and courteously.

• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.

• Handle cash transactions, including receiving payments, returning change, and issuing receipts.

• Maintain a clean and organized cash drawer, ensuring accurate financial transactions.

• Work effectively under pressure to ensure both quick and friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

What are we looking for:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash transactions

• Possess knowledge of the F&B industry with ability to recommend food pairings to enhance the customer's dining experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues professionally

• Strong organizational skills allowing you to prioritize tasks, work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Required Academic Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum O Level with strong written, verbal, and comprehension skills in English.

• Prior experience in a cashier role is a plus, but extensive on-the job training will be provided.

Work Environment: Primarily within our establishment, but occasional assistance may be required at sister locations.
