Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and process payments for S&CC and other Town Council charges
  • Issue receipts, perform daily cash reconciliation, and prepare basic reports
  • Handle residents billing enquiries and payment clarifications at the counter or via phone/email
  • Support arrears follow‑up by updating records, contacting residents, and escalating cases when required
  • Perform basic administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance
  • Comply with Town Council SOPs, internal controls, and audit requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O Levels / Nitec / Diploma
  • Experience in cashiering, frontline service, or administrative roles preferred
  • Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (to liaise with residents)
  • Customer‑oriented, patient, and able to handle sensitive payment matters professionally
  • Trustworthy and able to follow established procedures
