Job Description

About the Role

We are partnering with an established financial services organisation seeking a Case Manager to support relationship managers and deliver high-quality servicing to high-net-worth clientele. This role will focus on end-to-end case administration, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of client servicing activities.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and relationship managers to ensure operational excellence and an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Case Management & Client Support

  • Manage end-to-end case administration processes accurately and within agreed timelines.
  • Support front-office relationship managers in servicing client requirements and operational matters.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, insurers, and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless case progression.
  • Review documentation and ensure completeness and compliance with operational requirements.
  • Monitor case pipelines and follow through on outstanding items to maintain service standards.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient case execution.
  • Build collaborative relationships to support service delivery excellence.
  • Contribute ideas to improve operational processes and client experience.

Compliance & Operations

  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, compliance requirements, and operational guidelines.
  • Maintain proper documentation and record management standards.
  • Support process enhancement initiatives where applicable.

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of relevant experience in insurance operations, wealth advisory support, private banking support, case management, financial services administration, or related client servicing functions.
  • Prior exposure to high-net-worth, wealth management, insurance, or financial advisory environments will be advantageous.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong administrative and coordination capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Japanese (e.g., JLPT N1 or N2, or equivalent business proficiency) is required for this role to communicate with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders, and to review and manage Japanese-language documentation where applicable.
  • Proficiency in English for business communication.
