Key Responsibilities
- Manage insurance cases end-to-end, including application submission, follow-ups and coordination with insurers
- Support internal sales and advisory teams in meeting business and client servicing objectives
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete and maintained in accordance with internal policies and regulatory standards
- Coordinate medical examinations, onboarding requirements and case-related logistics for clients
- Prepare and review insurance documentation, policy contracts and client materials
- Handle post-issuance servicing matters such as reimbursements, endorsements and policy-related enquiries
- Act as a point of contact for case-related queries from internal teams, insurers and external partners
- Develop a working understanding of insurance products, underwriting requirements and banking-related processes
- Participate in training programmes to stay current with product, regulatory and operational updates
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and support continuous process improvements
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in insurance, banking or financial services in Singapore
- Experience in case management, policy administration or operations support is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases concurrently
- Familiarity with compliance, documentation and operational controls within a regulated environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Reliable, accountable and able to work well under timelines
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with a collaborative team mindset
