We are looking for an experienced and highly meticulous Case Manager to join our client operational team. In this role, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle of life insurance applications for High-Net-Worth (HNW) individuals and business entities. You will act as the vital link between high-performing sales consultants, business partners, and underwriting teams. Because a significant portion of their regional HNW client documentation and business correspondence is in Chinese, you must be comfortable reading and communicate in Mandarin
Minimum of 2-5 years of operational experience as a Case Manager, Client Service Associate, or Sales Support Specialist within the financial sector, with a specific focus on HNW Life Insurance (e.g., Universal Life, VUL, Whole Life solutions).
Prepare and ensure the accuracy of sales illustrations requested by business partners and sales consultants.
. Maintain consistent engagement with sales consultants to assist in the preparation and management of insurance applications.
. Provide professional and timely updates to team members and sales consultants regarding the status of insurance applications.
. Accurately and promptly input client, meeting, and case file information into the CRM system.
. Submit new business documents accurately and within the required timeframe.
. Support team members with sales illustrations, case management, medical requirements, and presentations.
. Ensure full compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as MAS regulatory requirements.
. Liaise between the New Business and Finance teams regarding paid reports and other business and financial reports.
