Job Description

Singapore International Arbitration Centre invites applications to join the Centre as:

CASE MANAGEMENT OFFICER

As a Case Management Officer at SIAC, you will assist the Registrar/Deputy Registrar and Counsel in the administration of SIAC cases. You will support the administration of arbitration matters by handling financial and logistical matters, corresponding with external parties and arbitrators, transmitting correspondence and arbitration awards, and maintaining the case records.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any field
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a clerical / admin role or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Adobe
  • Good time management skills
  • Self-motivated and meticulous
  • A good team player who is able to work independently
  • Experience in a law firm or the legal field will be an added advantage
