Job Description

Overview

This role is the backbone of our application process. You are responsible for turning messy, incomplete client submissions into clean, structured, submission-ready documentation.

It's detail-heavy, repetitive at times, and unforgiving of mistakes. If you're sloppy, this role will expose it quickly.

What You'll Be Responsible For

1. Document Sorting & Organisation

  • Review and categorise client documents based on internal checklists
  • Ensure correct document types, formats, and completeness
  • Flag missing, inconsistent, or non-compliant documents
  • Maintain a structured digital filing system for every client

2. Scanning & File Preparation

  • Scan, rename, and organise documents to internal standards
  • Ensure clarity, legibility, and correct formatting of all files
  • Convert raw submissions into clean, submission-ready sets

3. Client Follow-Up & Coordination

  • Contact clients to request missing or corrected documents
  • Clearly explain document requirements and expectations
  • Follow up consistently to close document gaps
  • Handle basic client queries related to document submission

4. Quality Control

  • Cross-check documents before handover to the next stage
  • Ensure zero critical errors in documentation sets
  • Maintain strict adherence to internal SOPs and compliance standards
