What you will be working on
In this role, you will:
. Handle enquiries and assess appeals regarding Government schemes.
. Liaise with various Government agencies, as necessary, to gather information and better assess members appeals, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
. Collaborate with the team to identify process improvements and system enhancements that will streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
. Participate in the implementation of process improvements and system enhancements, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and adoption.
. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of members interactions, appeals, and resolutions, adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies.
. Provide operational support to supervisors and undertake additional tasks as needed.
What we are looking for

. Relevant experience in administration, case management, or related field.
. Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively correspond with members and external agencies.
. Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to compile and analyse statistics.
. Possess strong administrative skills, including correspondence handling and documentation management.
. Experience with process improvement and automation techniques is preferred.
. Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.
Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
