Case Admin Officer (Social Service)

Location: Singapore
Contract: Up to 1 year
Industry: Government / Social Service

About the Role

Our client in the Government / Social Service sector is seeking a dedicated and well-organised Case Admin Officer to support case management and operational functions in a community-focused setting.

The role involves working closely with officers to assist in case administration, client coordination, records management, and daily operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

This position is suitable for individuals who are detail-oriented, service-driven, and comfortable engaging with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support for case management processes

  • Process applications, verify documents, and maintain accurate records in internal systems

  • Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and referrals with clients and stakeholders

  • Manage enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins in a professional and service-oriented manner

  • Prepare and maintain reports, correspondence, and case documentation

  • Support officers in client follow-ups relating to case matters and documentation

  • Assist in procurement coordination, inventory tracking, and operational duties when required

  • Support outreach activities or accompany officers for home visits when necessary

  • Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification

  • Prior experience in administration, customer service, coordination, or case support is advantageous

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Organised, meticulous, and able to handle confidential information responsibly

  • Comfortable with system-based administrative work

  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment

  • Able to start work immediately or on short notice is an advantage
