Carpenter Supervisor

To go through and understand technical specifications, prepare job list, work schedule, plan material take-off and manpower and contractor planning for each job

Order material as required and co-ordinate for timely delivery of the materials

Plan and prepare tools, equipment, transportation, materials and manpower, control man hours for all jobs

Ensure Safety, discipline and welfare for all workers

To see that subcontractor work order to be raised immediately once confirmation of job by owner representative

To support foremen and planner in preplanning, generation of programs, and follow up of all jobs in order to utilize optimum resources

Maintaining all management system and production records

Prepare target and progress reports, be environmentally conscious and ensure permit to work system is followed strictly
