We are seeking an experienced Carpenter Supervisor to lead daily carpentry operations at construction sites, ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety compliance, and effective team supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise carpentry workers to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks on construction sites
• Install, maintain, and repair products including cabinets, insulation, tile, and drywall to meet project specifications
• Apply safety best practices consistently to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe operating condition to support efficient and secure work processes
• Conduct thorough building inspections to identify repair needs and ensure structural integrity
• Document all repairs and maintenance activities accurately to maintain comprehensive records
• Cut, shape, and alter materials precisely to fit project requirements
• Build doors, cabinets, and windows according to design and quality standards
• Measure and mark materials accurately to guide alterations and installations
