Job Summary
You will plan and organize daily site works based on the project schedule, ensure tasks are completed on time, perform carpentry works and inspections, and report defects or non-compliances to the Project Manager.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the project schedule to plan daily site activities effectively
- Monitor and ensure site works follow the schedule and meet completion targets
- Perform carpentry works and conduct inspections to maintain quality standards
- Identify and report defects or non-compliances promptly to the Project Manager
- Apply knowledge from at least 5 years of construction site experience, especially in reinforced concrete (RC) works
- Utilize experience from medium to large projects, including HDB and private flats, to manage site tasks efficiently
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in construction sites, particularly for RC works
- Experience working on medium to large projects for HDB and private flats
