CARPENTER

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret drawings, sketches, and work instructions accurately.

Measure, mark, cut, shape, and assemble wood and wood-based materials.

Install and repair structures such as doors, frames, partitions, cabinets, shelves, and related fittings.

Perform formwork and basic carpentry support work when required (project-based).

Operate carpentry tools and machinery safely (e.g., saws, drills, routers, sanders).

Ensure alignment, level, and finishing quality according to specifications.

Conduct surface preparation, sanding, minor touch-up, and finishing work as assigned.

Maintain a clean and safe work area follow workplace safety rules at all times.

Handle materials responsibly to minimize wastage and protect company property.

Report work progress, material needs, and any site issues to the Supervisor.

Work with other trades/teams to support project schedules and site coordination.

Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.
