Scope of Works

To carry out formwork carpentry works, including but not limited to the following:

1. Formwork Installation

• Erection of formwork for concrete works, including slabs, beams, columns, walls, footings, and staircases

• Installation of timber, plywood, or system formwork in accordance with approved drawings and specifications

1. Alignment & Support

• Ensure correct alignment, level, plumb, and dimensions of all formwork

• Provide adequate bracing, propping, and supports to maintain stability during concreting

1. Coordination

• Coordinate with steel fixers, concrete workers, and site supervisors

• Provide necessary openings, recesses, sleeves, and block-outs as required

1. Inspection & Quality

• Rectify any defects or misalignment before concreting

• Ensure formwork is clean, tight, and properly sealed to prevent leakage

1. Stripping & Dismantling

• Dismantle and remove formwork after concrete has achieved the required strength

• Stack, clean, and store reusable formwork materials safely

1. Housekeeping & Safety

• Maintain good housekeeping at work areas

• Comply with site safety requirements, RA & SWP, and supervisor's instructions
