Job Summary
You will inspect, dismantle, repair, and custom-build woodwork and structures, interpreting renovation plans and ensuring compliance with client requirements and local building codes.
Responsibilities
- Inspect existing structures to identify repair or modification needs
- Interpret renovation plans, drawings, and client requirements accurately
- Dismantle old structures such as cabinets, walls, and flooring safely
- Measure, cut, and install new materials to fit existing spaces precisely
- Repair damaged woodwork, frameworks, and fixtures to restore functionality
- Custom-build cabinets, wardrobes, and shelving to client specifications
- Apply knowledge of local building codes to ensure compliance in all tasks
