Carpenter

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our growing in-house production and installation team. The role involves fabrication, assembly, and installation of custom interior carpentry works for high-end residential projects.

Candidates with experience operating or working alongside CNC machinery will have an added advantage, though this is not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and install custom carpentry works including:CabinetsWardrobesVanity unitsFeature wallsDoors and timber detailing
• Read and interpret shop drawings and technical drawings
• Measure, cut, assemble, and finish materials accurately
• Carry out on-site installation and rectification works
• Ensure workmanship quality and finishing standards are maintained
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and site teams
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of tools and materials
• Assist with factory operations and workflow where required

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

• Familiarity with CNC machines and CNC-based production workflow
• Experience using:Nesting softwareAutoCADSketchUpArchiwood or similar systems
• Experience with laminates, veneer, spray finishing, or edging works
• Ability to troubleshoot fabrication and installation issues independently

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of carpentry experience preferred
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good understanding of carpentry materials and hardware
• Physically fit and comfortable working on-site
• Responsible, detailed, and hands-on attitude
• Positive work ethic and willingness to learn
