Responsibilities for Carpenter

1, Install, maintain, and repair a variety of products, ranging from cabinets to insulation to tile to drywall

2, Perform work in accordance with safety best practices

3, Maintain tools and equipment in safe operating condition

4, Conduct building inspections and identify needed repairs

5, Document repairs and maintain thorough records

6, Cut, shape, and alter materials as needed

7, Build doors, cabinets, and windows

8, Measure and mark materials for alterations

9, Adding fixtures and fittings such as door handles, locks, hinges and closure

10, Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
