1. To monitor and liaise with Ground Handling Agent (GHA) on inbound and outbound flights.
2. To ensure GHA comply with requirements based on Ground Operating Manual, Service Level Agreement and Cargo Handling Manual.

1. Pre-plan loading instructions. Take note and remark shipments that require special attention.
2. Identify all special cargoes with their special handling codes and handle them on Dangerous Goods unit load device. Cargo agent needs to ensure proper stacking and Dangerous Goods labels are visible before netting.
3. Cross-check and tally sheets against dead-load statement to ensure that unit load device number and gross weight are accurate.
4. Prior to flight arrival, physically check to ensure unit load devices tag/ dangerous goods tags are attached on the unit load device.
5. Notify captains for all dangerous goods shipments being loaded on the respective flight. Ensure that dangerous goods shipments are manifested with appropriate special handling codes as reflected. Ensure to cross check all dangerous goods shipment for Dangerous Good Decoration Form /tally-sheets/notification to captain/container and pallet massage/ loading instructions to ensure all special handling goods are correctly reflected.
