As part of ONE CDP Singapore, we are now hiring a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager for Network Planning, who will then be further rotated.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and deliver a comprehensive, competitive global service network by facilitating seamless alignment between NP Trade PICs and SYM stakeholders.
- Optimize global ship supply and demand by driving close coordination with NP Trade, Chartering, and FM Investment teams.
- Maximize company profitability by planning efficient vessel cascading strategies and overseeing the execution of planned deployments.
- Enhance digitalization within NP and related P&N scopes to automate manual workflows and transition the department toward a sophisticated, data-driven decision-making model.
- Involvement in collaboration projects designed to enhance ONE's overall competitive market position.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Maritime Studies or a related field
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in data analytics, IT project management, or business analysis. Previous experience in the container shipping is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Google Apps Script, VBA and dashboarding .
- Familiarity with IT project lifecycles, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and translating business needs into technical documentation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project streams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
