Site Name: Singapore - Jurong Posted Date: Apr 2 2026 The Career Conversion Programme (CCP) (Attach-and-Train) for Advanced Biopharmaceuticals Manufacturing Executives/Professionals is a talent development programme aimed at building the next generation of skilled manpower for Singapore's Biopharmaceuticals manufacturing industry in anticipation of hiring demand. The training programme is a 15 months of structured on-the-job training with GSK. Due to the nature of the programme, we can only consider Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents. For more information, please visit Career Conversion Programmes (CCP) for Individuals Role Description: Ensure all data supporting the analytical method are accurate and able to take correct actions to address the issue Contribute to the plans for the implementation of new testing technologies and methods Able to understand and assess the change analytical assessment that may have an impact on product quality, validation and/or current Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance Lead or participate in investigation arising from laboratory investigation, incidents recommendations remedial actions for follow-up Draft, review and update appropriate laboratory documents such as testing protocol, procedures, analytical methods and guidelines relating to GMP and operational framework of the laboratory Updated with pharmacopeial and other health agencies guidelines Ensures that all manufacturing raw materials / non-routine samples and products are analyzed and tested according to the stipulated quality requirements We are looking for you with below attributes: At least a Degree in Chemistry or relevant science What you will learn: Interpersonal and influencing skills Team leadership Organizational skills Understand and adhere to any applicable safety requirements Ability to understand basic laboratory instrument technical mechanism and method troubleshooting Ability to guide laboratory analyst on method improvements and basic troubleshooting Ability to interact with inspectors (internal and external) Basic statistical mathematical skills Ability to organize work and handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines Ability to work in a diverse team What do we offer Monthly training allowances (not subject to CPF contributions) On-the-job training while working with a diversified team of professionals Understand and experience the GSK Culture Implement technical knowledge and skills that you have acquired Apply and develop soft skills such as interpersonal, communications and negotiation skills Transport to and from site to MRT stations in centralised locations all across Singapore Where will I be based You will be based at one of our manufacturing site in Singapore near Jurong.
