. Provide 1:1 personalised career coaching and small group coaching.

. Guide students in exploring their career preferences, strengths, values and interests.

. Administer self-assessment and career profiling tools, where necessary, to enable students to understand themselves better.

. Coach students in their early career exploration and planning over the 4 years in school.

. Provide students with information and resources on career-related topics (job search strategies, resume writing, interview skills, industry skills frameworks, career workshops etc).

. Conduct Mandatory Small Group resume critique and mock interview coaching sessions.

. Coach students in strategies for internship and job search.

. Engage students, student groups, and faculty members in career awareness and preparation matters.

. Customize and design school-specific career initiatives and programmes to increase students employability (e.g., career and industry talks, alumni-sharing sessions, and bespoke workshops).
