Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and appropriate resolution of enquiries and requests received through the Patient Liaison Centre (PLC).
  • Coordinate with external parties and internal departments to facilitate safe and appropriate referrals of patients to NUH for outpatient appointments in accordance with hospital protocols and procedures.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for the daily functions of the Patient Liaison Centre.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of patient referrals, enquiries, and follow-up actions.
  • Supportservice excellence initiatives and ensure a positive patient experience through professional communication and coordination.
  • Carryout any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline with minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative support
  • Meticulous with good organisational and coordination abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using digital systems and technology
