Responsibilities
- Complete screenings, assessments, anticipatory guidance, and psychoeducational support as per developmental milestones. Provide assistance in care management and facilitate cross-referrals to specialists according to established protocols based on assessed needs. Accurately maintain records of individuals enrolled in the program, ensuring timely data collection. Collaborate with care coordinators to arrange necessary appointments. Work alongside Research Assistants to collect data and conduct surveys. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
Requirements
- Diploma in Health Promotion or Sciences preferred. Relevant working experience in healthcare is an advantage. Proficient in MS Office applications. Familiarity with IT systems and programs. Self-motivated with a strong interest in patient care. Effective communication and coordination skills. Proactive team player. Willing to work a 5.5-day work week.
