Role & Responsibilities
- Provides Home Personal Care services including assistance with activities of living (e.g. showering, dressing, feeding, toileting, transferring, and mobility support), elder sitting, medication reminders, mind-stimulating exercises and simple exercises.
- Works closely with the clinical team to ensure that the patient is well taken care of.
- Communicate and coordinates with team members updating them on any changes in the patient's condition or needs.
- Take and record basic vital signs (e.g. Temperature, blood pressure and respiration rate.)

- Reports to: Programme Executive
- Internal Contacts: Care Associates and Nurses
- External Contacts: Patients and Caregivers
Qualifications and Skills:
- ITE Skills Certificate in Healthcare (Home Care) or WSQ Higher / Advanced Certificate in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care).
- Basic command of English, Mandarin, and local dialects (advantageous).
- Basic computer literacy.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently.
Working Location:
- 122B Joo Chiat Road, Singapore 427411
Working Hours:
- 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
- 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Off days: Saturdays, Sunday and Public Holidays (However, attendance at organization events on weekends may be required when neccessary.)
