Cards Operations Specialist - Issuance

Maintaining consistent and high-level execution of recurring responsibilities in relation to card manufacturing or issuance and delivery
Supporting own team in reaching main performance metrics targets and SLA's set to Operations organisation
Meeting individual SLA's and KPI's set for the role
Act as the primary point of contact for resolving any discrepancies or issues related to card production and delivery
Coordinate manufacturing-related improvements in designated regions such as chip migration testing, changing of product codes etc
Build and maintain key relationships with external partners (manufacturers, delivery partners)
Identify opportunities to streamline the card manufacturing and delivery process, improve efficiency, and reduce the risk of errors or delays
Following operational procedures and keeping track of critical updates.
