About the Role

This internship offers a dynamic opportunity to support the Cardio-Renal-Metabolic (CRM) franchise across the region. The intern will support the regional team in coordinating and executing marketing strategies across multiple countries, assist in the adaptation of regional campaign assets, support the management of regional events, customer insight generation, and provide fresh, creative perspectives to enhance our customer engagement digital strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Regional Asset Management: Assist in adapting and localizing global marketing materials for use across the ASKAN region, ensuring brand consistency across indications.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct literature searches and competitor analysis within the relevant therapeutic areas to provide actionable insights for regional brand managers.
  • Omnichannel Support: Assist in developing content for digital platforms (email, social media, web) and help track the performance of regional digital campaigns.
  • Support on managing market research project and non-branded channel activation.
  • Creative Innovation: Participate in brainstorming sessions to bring outside-in ideas for patient-centric and doctor facing content.

Qualifications

  • Ability to commit full-time for a minimum of 3 months and above (Jul/Aug - Nov/Dec 2026).
  • Only full-time applicants will be considered for this role. International students not intending to take this as a credit-bearing module/internship need not apply as you will not be able to meet the required time commitment.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Team).
  • Possess strong presentation, planning, organization skills.
  • Content Creation & Design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or Video Editing tools).
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to operate in a multicultural environment with excellence in excel and power point skills.
  • Good Interpersonal skill, able to be meticulous in project management and proactive follow-up on summarization/report.
  • Establish and build relationship with the team and be a team player.
  • Strong sense of commitment and dedication, with sense of urgency to get things done and result-driven attitude.
