Job Summary

Join CardioScan's Clinical team to analyze, review, and process cardiac data from Holters, ECGs, and BP devices using BeatBox software. Support regional operations by delivering accurate cardiac reports within customer SLA turnaround times.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and review incoming cardiac data from Holters, ECGs, and BP devices to produce accurate and detailed test summaries
  • Use BeatBox cloud software to allocate and complete report reviews efficiently, ensuring adherence to customer SLA turnaround times
  • Manage workload effectively by planning and prioritizing tasks to meet key performance indicators and strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with global team members to support daily clinical operations and maintain high-quality cardiac reporting standards
  • Apply thorough understanding of cardiac terminology and related technologies to interpret and report cardiac test results accurately
  • Demonstrate attention to detail by following up on discrepancies and ensuring high levels of accuracy in all analyses
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels to support team goals and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain self-motivation and a proactive approach to learning and adapting within a dynamic cardiac clinical environment

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Cardiac Technician
  • ECG and Holter interpretation skills with ability to analyse results accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
  • Associate Diploma or equivalent University degree in Science

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in cardiac analysis within a similar work environment
  • CCT Certification
