About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Partnerships Manager to join our Channels & Partnership team. In this role, you will take the lead in driving the growth and adoption of the Tiger Boss debit card by identifying, building, and managing strategic partnerships with external parties. Your work will be instrumental in expanding cardholder acquisition, enhancing card usage engagement, and unlocking new revenue opportunities through well-executed partner collaborations.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with the Tiger Boss debit card's growth objectives and target customer segments.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including payment networks, lifestyle brands, merchants, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams—including product, operations, and compliance — to develop and execute partner-led initiatives that drive card adoption and usage.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that support the card's value proposition and business goals.
- Develop creative strategies to maximise the impact of partnerships, such as exclusive cardholder perks, co-branded promotions, merchant discounts, and joint campaigns.
- Track, measure, and analyse the performance of partnership initiatives, delivering actionable insights and recommendations for continuous optimisation.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor card offerings, and emerging opportunities in the debit and prepaid card space.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, maintaining clear communication and fostering long-term, positive relationships.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure partnership initiatives deliver strong, measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; knowledge of financial products, cards, or payments is a strong plus.
- Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or channel management roles.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex agreements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a genuine passion for building collaborative win-win partnerships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- As you will be working closely with our stakeholders in China, proficiency in both English and Chinese Mandarin is a must.
