Position Summary
To support and process cashcard/ NFP/ VCC refunds, retained card and other stored value cards related process within stipulated SLA.
Key Responsibilities
Refund Processing
- Handle all CashCard, NFP, and VCC refunds, including:
- Retained cards at ATMs
- Lost & Found cases
- Card surrender scenarios
- Perform both online and manual refund processing
Investigation Support
- Assist with police investigations and fulfill related requests
Administrative Duties
- Prepare refund letters and other related documentation
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Document Handling
- Pack documents for warehouse storage (each carton may weigh up to 12 kg)
Ad-hoc Tasks
- Carry out any other work duties as assigned
Requirements
Education and Experience
- Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or operational experience
Skills and Knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Strong team player with effective collaboration skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken skills
