Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with global Bin Sponsors (licensed banks/financial institutions) to support card-issuing programs. Meanwhile, maintain and deepen relationships with Bin Sponsors
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, and Product teams to streamline partner integration and mitigate operational risks.
  • Responsible for the daily operation of card products, including but not limited to user growth, transaction volume improvement, etc.
  • Develop and implement Card Product Operation Strategy, plan and implement operation activities, and promote business development.
  • Combine card business data to analyze business development and operation, and provide effective suggestions for product optimization.
  • Develop and improve the handling procedures and norms for chargebacks and disputes, as well as relevant dispute investigation and handling.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in banks, credit card centers, or third-party payment institutions, with solid exposure to card products, risk management, and user operations.
  • Hands-on experience in internet finance or fintech product operations, with a strong understanding of card product lifecycles and user consumption behavior.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into effective operational strategies.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; strong written communication, campaign planning, and execution capabilities are a plus.
