Good understanding of various card product features, functionality and unit economics (e.g. debit / credit).
Manage alignment across stakeholders and execution of business plan to drive cards business growth.
Work with business analytic team to understand levers in cards P&L and using data-driven approach to propose business initiatives.
Drive cards acquisition, activation and card spend end to end, including working with ecosystem or external partners, as well as internal stakeholders to launch campaigns/ promotions.
Collaborate closely with operation and customer servicing teams to manage card related customer issues (including campaign and product related enquiries).
Understand and keep abreast of the cards competitive landscape, having a clear view of the positioning of our products against competitors.
Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Business or equivalent.
At least 6 years of relevant working experience in Banks or card payment companies.
Self-driven with good business acumen and data analytic skills.
Highly passionate with good interpersonal skill.
Good verbal and written communication skills and excel knowledge.
Comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment while dealing with ambiguity.
