Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bishan for a Car Workshop Customer Service Officer. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, scheduling appointments, and addressing their concerns regarding vehicle servicing. Responsibilities include managing customer satisfaction, providing detailed support for any queries, handling customer communications, and ensuring a smooth and seamless service experience.   • Experience in delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction, Service, and Experience
  • Proficient in Customer Support and efficiently resolving customer concerns
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Detail-oriented and ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
  • Experience in the automotive or service industry is an advantage
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and scheduling software is a plus
