Responsibilities :
Forge new relationships by bringing in potential clients interested in buying or selling their cars.
Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, providing detailed information about our vehicles, features, and benefits.
Negotiate pricing and finalize vehicle transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the finance department to provide customers with financing options and aftermarket products.
Ensure timely follow-up and maintain ongoing communication with customers to build long-term relationships and generate repeat business.
Stay updated on product knowledge, accessories, financing options, and incentives to provide accurate information to customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Uphold the highest level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
Requirements :
Punctual and willing to work on weekends if needed.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced sales environment.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
High level of motivation and a self-starter attitude.
Sales experience preferred.
Preferably holds a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
