You will provide thorough car cleaning services, inspect vehicle conditions, apply protective coatings, assist customers professionally, and manage supplies to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicle condition and maintain accurate records to track service quality
- Wash, clean, and polish vehicle interiors and exteriors to restore and enhance appearance
- Apply protective coatings to preserve vehicle surfaces and improve durability
- Ensure all detailing work meets company quality standards for customer satisfaction
- Handle vehicles safely, including moving and parking, to prevent damage and ensure safety
- Assist customers by responding to inquiries professionally and courteously
- Manage cleaning supplies by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages promptly
- Follow company standards and procedures to maintain consistent service quality
- Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations and customer needs
- Perform physically demanding tasks with fitness and stamina to complete manual work efficiently
- Be available to work on weekends and public holidays as required
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in car detailing or a similar role is preferred but not required
- Relevant training or certification in car detailing is an advantage
