Job Description

  • Supportive member in team to complete tasks efficiently at the assigned work station
  • Set up the dining area and service station each day to prepare for business operations
  • Take guest orders accurately by following established guest serving procedures
  • Deliver all guest orders promptly and correctly to ensure satisfaction
  • Handle guest complaints professionally to resolve issues and maintain service quality
  • Clear soiled dishes, glassware, and cutlery from tables and transport them to the dishwashing area
  • Perform daily and weekly housekeeping and cleaning tasks according to schedules to maintain a clean environment
