Capital Markets Specialist l 12-month contract

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end documentation activities, including outreach, document circulation, execution, and closure.
• Act as the primary contact for counterparties throughout the re-papering process.
• Track progress, maintain MI dashboards, manage documentation repositories, and ensure version control.
• Review and summarize redlined documents, escalating deviations to Legal and Compliance.
• Coordinate approvals and inputs across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Front Office teams.
• Identify risks, manage escalations, and support post-execution activities such as amendments and onboarding documentation.
• Maintain complete audit trails and documentation records.

Required Experience & Skills

• Experience in PMO, documentation, contract management, or operations within Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or large-scale remediation programs.
• Exposure to ISDA, CSA, Novation Agreements, Structured Products Distribution Agreements, or similar trading documentation.
• Ability to review and summarize redlined agreements without providing legal advice.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven track record managing multiple workstreams and counterparties simultaneously.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with CLM tools is advantageous.
