We're Hiring: Capital Management & Investment Operations Analyst / Associate

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Capital Management & Investment Operations Analyst / Associate to join our team on a full-time basis.

This role is suited for an early to mid-career professional with approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in investment operations, capital management, renewable energy infrastructure, portfolio monitoring, financial analysis, fund operations, or related fields.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Investment and Finance teams and support a broad range of activities across investment processes, fundraising support, financial modelling, cash flow planning, investor reporting, and post-investment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support investment and fundraising activities, including research, financial modelling, due diligence materials, and investment committee documentation

• Assist with portfolio monitoring, asset-level reporting, lender reporting, and investor reporting

• Track cash usage, funding requirements, project-level capital needs, and liquidity planning

• Prepare financial analysis, datasets, and supporting materials for banks, investors, management, and other stakeholders

• Maintain financial models and support analysis on IRR, MOIC, DSCR, variance analysis, repayment schedules, and distribution schedules

• Coordinate documentation, reporting deadlines, regulatory filings, covenants, and internal process trackers

• Work closely with Investment, Finance, Legal, Operations, Development, and Compliance teams

• Support process improvement initiatives, reporting templates, and operational workflows

• Take ownership of assigned workstreams and help drive follow-through across internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline

• Approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in investment operations, fund operations, financial analysis, portfolio monitoring, infrastructure, renewable energy, banking, consulting, or a related field

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Good Excel skills, with experience in financial modelling or financial analysis preferred

• Interest in renewable energy, infrastructure, investment management, or fund operations

• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills

• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple workstreams independently

• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with cross-functional teams
