Salary & Benefits:

What You'll Do:

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations, including preparation of the required 7-in-1 file for SFA/NEA inspections.
• Act as the liaison between the school and catering team, maintaining strong relationships with school staff and administrators.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely meal preparation, collection, and smooth opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise and coordinate part-time staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Manage inventory levels, place orders, and maintain accurate stock records. Monitor daily sales, prepare operational reports, and control wastage to manage costs.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.
