Candidate Acquisition Intern (12-Month Full-Time - Intern to Trainee Full-Time Track)
Location: In-office, Singapore only (no remote/hybrid)
Were Level Up, the career coaching arm of GetSubstance.co. We dont do generic we build real careers. Now were looking for a Candidate Acquisition Intern whos sharp, articulate, and ready to own the outreach game.
What Youll Do
- Source, engage, and follow up with students, graduates, and experienced professionals interested in our coaching and events.
- Help candidates understand and sign up for seminars, webinars, bite-size coaching, or full career coaching programmes.
- Handle outreach, messaging, and building a candidate funnel that actually converts.
- Track responses, spot trends, and bring insights back to the team.
- Be the front-line voice of Level Up speaking clearly, persuasively, and with confidence.
Who You Are
- Final-year student, waiting for graduation, or an experienced professional looking to sharpen your skills through this role.
- Singaporean/PR, based in Singapore.
- Fluent in English you speak well, write well, and can hold your own in a conversation.
- Smart, disciplined, and eager to learn how the business side of recruitment and coaching works.
- Comfortable being in-office daily this is not remote or hybrid.

- Commitment: 12-month full-time internship, with the option to move into part-time when your semester starts.
- Pathway: High-performing interns will be considered for a traineeship role (full-time opportunity).
- Environment: Fast-paced, direct, and hands-on. Youll be trained, coached, and expected to deliver impact not just tick the internship box.
