Job Title: Campus Account Admin Assistant
Contract Period: 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026
Working Hours
- Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays: 8:00am to 4:45pm (inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break)
- Tuesdays & Thursdays: Non-working days
- No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services
The Campus Account Admin Assistant Will Be Responsible For
- Maintaining daily accounting transactions, including accurate data entry
- Ensuring proper and systematic filing and record-keeping
- Preparing budgets, financial statements, and monthly financial reports
- Maintaining a full set of accounts
- Issuing payment vouchers and monitoring collections
- Issuing receipts and ensuring timely updates
- Performing general administrative duties to support campus operations
- Undertaking other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications & Skills
The Personnel Should Possess
- Relevant qualifications or recognised skill accreditation
- Minimum 3 years of related experience
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
