Purpose of Role:
To drive timely campaign decision-making and continuous improvement by delivering incampaign insights, post-campaign analysis, and scalable reporting and data infrastructure for SEA IMC operations.
Responsibilities:
In-Campaign Tracking & Insights
- Drive in-campaign performance tracking, pacing monitoring, and insight generation to support timely decision-making during campaign execution.
- Prepare and deliver regular campaign performance updates for regional and cross-functional stakeholders, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
Post-Campaign Analysis & Insights
- Own end-to-end post-campaign post-mortems, including performance recap, gap analysis versus targets, and opportunity identification.
- Synthesize campaign results into clear, structured insights and actionable recommendations to inform future campaign planning and target-setting.
- Drive post-campaign insight cadence, coordinating cross-functional inputs and ensuring timely delivery of recaps and learnings. Dashboard, Data Library & Automation
- Drive campaign reporting automation, reducing manual effort while improving data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
- Work closely with DS team to design, build, and continuously iterate standardized dashboards for campaign tracking
- Organize and maintain a centralized campaign data and reporting library, including historical performance, metric definitions, and reusable templates.
Campaign Data Infrastructure Enhancement
- Support Y26 IMC key data infrastructure initiatives by acting as a PMO and execution driver, coordinating requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure data requests and reporting needs are aligned and synergized across regional and country teams, avoiding duplication and improving scalability.
- Track project progress, manage dependencies, and support issue escalation to ensure timely delivery and adoption of IMC data solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Data Science & Analytic, Statistics, Finance or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business analytics, or e-commerce (solid internship experience acceptable).
- Working proficiency in SQL for data querying, validation, and analysis.
- Experience supporting performance tracking, reporting, or analytics in a fast-paced
- environment.
- Good attention to detail, structured thinking, and ability to manage multiple workstreams and timelines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across crossfunctional teams.
Nice to have:
- Experience with SQL and/or BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for data querying, visualization, and report adaptation or automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to tackle complex and diverse business problems (commercial, operational, and organizational) and synthesize findings into clear, structured communication materials.
- Solid analytical capability, including the ability to gather, clean, and structure data for meaningful analysis and modeling produce high-quality reports and influence decisionmaking through data-driven insights.
- Advanced spreadsheet proficiency (e.g. Excel / Google Sheets), including complex formulas, pivot tables, and structured data analysis.
