Campaign Manager

We are currently hunting for an experienced Senior Campaign Manager to join one of our top clients as Quality and Systems Lead.

If you are the type of person who lives for professional, efficient and data backed work, this is the role for you. You will be the anchor and the main go-to person behind their campaign performance.

What you will be doing:

Keeping standards high: You will own the QC processes. This means you are the final check to ensure every campaign setup from targeting to tracking is 100% flawless before it hits go.

• Strategic Advisory: You are not just here to push buttons. You will be the expert the team turns to for advice on bidding, audience strategy and hitting big results across Google, Meta, TikTok and Programmatic.
• Improving the flow: We want someone who wants to work smarter, not harder. You will design the Standard Operations Processes and workflows that help the team stay organized and scale up effectively.
• Data & Visibility: Using tools like GA4 and Looker Studio, you will build the reports that show exactly what is working and what is not.

What we are looking for:

Experience: You should have about 6 to 8 years in the digital or agency space. You need to be naturally good at spotting and rectifying issues quickly.

• Technical Depth: You are hands-on and well-versed in the main platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc. and comfortable with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Systems Mindset: You believe in good process and know how to build frameworks that work for a busy team.
• Analytical: Not limited to just generating of the data, you guide along with the processes and act whenever necessary.
